FMD - Planning & Design

The Planning & Design office provides planning support to the University, VCU's MCV Hospital, organizations in the development, evaluation, and justification of facility needs and projects.  This office provides the following services:

• Project management services

• Interior Design service

• Sign design consultation

• Contract with outside architecture / engineering services

• Space planning and programming

• Room Numbering

• Liaison with the State Division of Engineering and Building

• Preliminary cost estimating
