of the following means to request Physical Plant support or
interface with our Work Request system:

Building Managers/Coordinators need a user ID and
password to log into WebFM and may request them from our
Campus Coordinators. Currently WebFM access is
limited to Building Managers/Coordinators and faculty/staff
who assist them.
General Work Request:
VCU faculty, staff and students not having WebFM access may
request Physical Plant assistance by completing the
following Customer Request form. We will provide a tracking
number for your work via email.
